Online/Etsy: All major Credit Cards, Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, Chick’s Craft Company Gift Certificates
Local Events: Cash, all major Credit Cards (via Square), Checks (with valid Driver’s License), Chick’s Craft Company Gift Certificates

All items are handmade and no two are exactly alike. Cut/placement of fabric and measurements may vary between items. If ordering online, keep in mind that colors in the photos may vary depending on your device/monitor settings. Any photos marked ‘Example’ are solely to show what the different style options look like. You will not receive the item shown in any ‘Example’ photo. Online orders have a 3-4 business day processing period before shipping. Orders can be rushed for an additional fee.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns: Returns are accepted for non-customized items. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Only when we have examined the item to ensure it is re-sellable will we refund the item price. No shipping costs will be refunded for returns. Any additional shipping fees for the return is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges: We will gladly exchange non-customized items for a difference size, style, or fabric. Original item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Only when we have examined the item to ensure it is re-sellable will we provide the replacement item. Buyer will pay any cost difference between exchanged items and all additional shipping fees associated with the exchange.
Time Frame for Returns/Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Item must be shipped with tracking, or returned to us locally, within 14 days in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Damaged Items: If your item is damaged in the mail, we will refund or replace upon proof of damage (aka a photo). All damaged item issues must be brought up within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Details:
Since our items are handmade to order, your online order will ship in 3-4 business days after purchase. Orders can be rushed for an additional fee.
We ship through USPS. Shipping fee includes postage (calculated by weight), tracking number, & packaging supplies. Items are packed in 6×9″ or 9×12″ envelopes depending on the size of your oder. You will receive an email with your package tracking number once the item is shipped.
All packages are shipped to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. If your packaged is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address, we will happily re-ship to another address at the buyer’s expense.
International Shipping: We ship to almost every country via USPS. USPS does not verify international addresses so please ensure that it is typed correctly at checkout. Please be advised orders shipped internationally will have to go through customs, which sometimes can be a lengthy process. We ask that you allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery on international orders. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs, VAT, tarriffs, duties, taxes, handling fees etc. that may be required for you country.
