In order to best serve my lovely human and four-legged customers, I’ve complied a list of the questions I get asked most often so you can get answer quickly and easily. 2
Where is your shop located?
My home studio is located in the St. Louis suburb of Fenton. It’s just me and my 5 pets on staff, so at this time there are no permeant brick & mortar locations to browse in person. However, I participate in many street festivals & craft fairs all across the St. Louis metro area. My vending schedule is usually posted on my website (when not under construction) and blasted on my social media pages. And you can always shop my full & complete inventory online, 24/7 on Etsy!
How does my pet wear these? How do they work?
My pet accessories areover-the-collar style, meaning they easily, but securely, attach to your pets current collar*.
Collars are not included with any Chick’s Craft *Co. purchase.
All bandanas have a small pocket for you to feed the collar through, ensuring that it won’t fall off and get lost, and that your pet is always looking their best.
Chick’s Craft Co. designed bow ties, neck ties, and flowers have double-sided hook-and-loop strips (think cable ties) on the back that wrap around the collar.
I personally designed all Chick’s Craft Company pet accessory styles from scratch. They are 100% unique to my brand.
What size does my pet need?
This graphic can be found in the photos of each listing. You want to match as close to measurement W (half of neck circumference) as possible. My advice is to go bigger rather than smaller if you are close or unsure. It’s not an exact science since it attaches to the collar.

Can I customize my bandana?
Yes, you can make any bandana totally unique to your furbaby. I offer a few custom upgrades for an additional cost:

How long until my order arrives?
There are many variables that affect the timeframe in which your order arrives (location, season/holidays, mail class, my workload) so it is hard to give an exact estimate. It could be anywhere between 7-20 business days from order placement to delivery
I live in STL. Can I pick up my order?
WELL HELLLLLLO NEIGHBOR! 🙂 You can absolutely pick up your order from the drop box outside my home studio (not a storefront), located in Fenton, MO – near the intersection of Hwy 21 & Hwy 141 on the JeffCo side of 63026.
How it works:
- Place your order at chickscraftcompany.etsy.com
- Type LOCAL PICK UP in the ‘Notes to Seller’ section at checkout
- Pay for your items AND the shipping fee
- When your order is ready, I will message/email you the directions & further instructions
- I will refund your shipping costs after you pick up your order
- If your order is not picked up in 14 days, we will ship your items to the address provided at checkout and will not refund shipping cost

Where is my order?
A tracking number will be emailed you (by Etsy) when your order ships. Some times packages are dropped of and not scanned in immediately. Please check back the next day and if there is still no change, send me an message on Etsy and I’ll look into it.
Can I return my items?
If your item is new, unused and not-personalized, I will happily return or exchange it within the 14-day return window. Your order receipt will provide directions on how to do so. Please note: return shipping cost will be your responsibility (unless I made a mistake in production)
How to I clean/wash the pet accessories?
Standard (un-customized) bandanas: hand wash in cold with like colors, air dry
Customized bandanas (with added trim or vinyl Custom Upgrade): hand wash in cold with like colors, air dry; absolutely do not dry trim with heat OR use a hot iron on vinyl
Bow ties, neck ties, and flower cleaning instructions are the same as Customized Bandanas.
BE CAREFUL on the first wash! Some colors tend to bleed on the first washing. I suggest hand washing/soaking 2 to 3 times before including in your regular wash
Where do you get your fabric/materials/supplies?
I use Google.. followed by hundreds of hours of research.
